As the situation in our industry is getting more serious every day and projects are being cancelled, we are offering 1 month payment delay for current rent-to-own (RTO) customers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Customers with ongoing RTO plan can ask for the payment deferal by contacting QTAKE customer service to push back the payment terms as follows:
- March payment due date (Mar 31, 2020) will be moved to April 30, 2020.
- April license will be provided under regular terms (delivered during the first week of April with payment due on April 30, 2020).
